We simulate the relief scenario of loss of vacuum and show the relief system is adequate, and piping pressure drop is low.
Loss of vacuum with Helium (higher conductivity than air). Initial conditions: Saturated Nitrogen @ 1 psig. Saturated Liquid @ inlet and 60% vapor quality @ outlet (30% used in analysis to be conservative)
Relief Valves: two Anderson Greenwood 0.049 in^2 relief valves set to 150 psig. One @ supply side, one @ return (outlet) side.
